I. Whistle-blowing System
If you discover any suspicious behavior or potential violations of our company's business integrity by any employee or representative of Chipbond Technology, please report it through the following channel:

We assure you that, unless required by law, the personal information you provide will be kept strictly confidential, and appropriate measures will be taken to protect your privacy. When you provide personal data such as your name, telephone number, address, and email, the company will use this information during the investigation process to conduct the investigation and contact you. III. Whistleblowers' Responsibility
Please ensure that your report is based on facts and may not act maliciously or knowingly and willfully make a false statement. You shall assume corresponding liability for having made a false report or malicious accusation.
IV. Information Provision
To ensure that the issue can be promptly and effectively resolved, please provide as much detailed and specific information and relevant evidence as possible. Insufficient information may hinder our ability to conduct an investigation.
Required Information Fields:
Name (can be anonymous), Phone Number, Address, Email Address, Reporting Issue, Reported Party, Reporting Site, Event Description (Who, What, When, Where, How – as detailed as possible), and Other relevant information that may assist in the investigation.(The attachment should be under 30MB.)
V. Confidentiality Agreement
All correspondence between you and us must remain confidential. Unless explicitly required by law, you may not using them for litigation or other purposes.
